EXPERT II-M-MPL

The EXPERT II-M-MPL adds a fine-pitch table and our microplacer (MPL) to the device, enabling precise placement of fine-pitch packages like BGAs and QFNs. A high-resolution beam splitter camera overlays the component's pins with the PCB pads, allowing for easy and accurate placement.

EXPERT II-FP

The EXPERT II-FP adds a blocking system to the pantograph arm and placement head, along with a fine-pitch table with adjustment knobs. The user positions the component near target, blocks the X-, Y-, or Z-axis in place, fine adjusts and then uses Auto-Z to lower the head automatically onto the PCB.

EXPERT Basic

The EXPERT Basic is an economical and versatile manual SMT pick-and-place system for small production runs, prototyping, and technical education at schools and universities.

PRECITEC

A high accuracy SMT pick-and-place device - PRECITEC.Elite is a new manual system for the placement of SMT-components. It is a perfect ergonomic station including a lot of functions with an attractive price. A dispensing head support is included as standard.
